This policy outlines our full OEM/ODM workflow – from sample development and bulk production to post-delivery service.
All technical specifications (GSM, width, mesh density, drape/stiffness, color, and finishing) are pre-approved through a golden sample.
Permissible tolerance: ±5% on GSM and ±2 cm on fabric width.
No changes to approved raw materials, treatment formulas, or knitting/weaving machines without prior customer notice.
Each batch is issued with a Batch Record & Trace Code for full traceability.
All OEM designs, finishing formulas, weave/knit patterns, and orders are treated as strictly confidential.
Production is limited to authorized customers only.
Exclusive designs will not be reproduced or shared without written approval.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) applies by default to all OEM partners.
Development samples (DS) or Pre-Production Samples (PPS) are delivered within 5–7 working days.
Bulk production begins only after written or email confirmation of the approved sample.
Standard lead time: 20–25 days after sample approval and deposit.
Repeat orders: 15–18 days.
Special fabrics (e.g. 300 cm width, embroidered tulle, or custom finishing) have lead times confirmed separately.
On-time delivery rate is maintained at ≥ 95% per quarter.
Trial or small-market orders are supported when future expansion is planned.
Flexible OEM/ODM options: customers may provide original samples or request new development aligned with brand direction.
All claims are responded to within 48 hours of receipt.
For valid claims, replacement goods or credit notes are issued within 14 working days.
We regularly review production efficiency, quality indices, and customer satisfaction.
Long-term goal: maintain product defect rate below 1%.
